BIOGRAPHY

Brian is a registered landscape architect, a certified planner and a trained chef — and he designs a garden the way a great hotel is run: around the experience of the people in it.

As founder of Innovate Design Studio, he leads the master planning and landscape design of destination resorts and private estates around the world. Projects led by the studio's team include the Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore, Four Seasons Hualalai, Four Seasons Maui at Wailea, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, San Ysidro Ranch, and the Golf Clubhouse at Monte Rei in the Algarve, Portugal.

His private work includes estates in Malibu, Santa Barbara and Aspen, in the United Arab Emirates, Antigua and the Bahamas, and Villa Paradiso in Saint Kitts and Nevis. The aim is always the same: luxurious, sustainable places where people can live comfortably and spend their leisure time well.
